Excellent milling and baking quality.
Very good test weight and protein. Glenn hard red spring wheat has excellent all-around disease resistance, with the best tolerance to scab (Fusarium head blight) we have found. Sow as early as possible in spring (delay reduces yield), about 4 lb./1,000 sq.ft. (120–140 lb./acre), less in drier climates. Harvest August–September. Blue label/Certified seed. USDA Certified Organic.
