Our focus is on quality seeds that tell a story in your garden, from heirloom varieties to butterfly-friendly options like Asclepias.
Are your seeds organic or treated?
We offer both organic and conventional seeds, clearly labeled in product descriptions. Our heirloom varieties (like those praised by David L.) are never chemically treated. For optimal germination, some commercial varieties may receive minimal treatment – always specified in the product details.
How do you ensure seed viability during shipping?
Every order is packed in our Fresno nursery with humidity-controlled materials, especially crucial for delicate varieties like Ammi or Ageratum. Our temperature-controlled transit with premium carriers ensures your seeds arrive ready to grow, just like Martha R.’s sprouting ‘Amazon Neon Rose’ seeds!
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure global transactions. All payments are processed through encrypted systems for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Orders can typically be modified within 2 hours of placement (before processing begins). Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Due to our fast 1-2 day processing, cancellations may not always be possible.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Our free shipping on orders over $50 makes bulk purchases economical. For commercial quantities (small farms or gardening groups), email us for custom pricing on varieties like Artichokes or Amaranthus.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions due to customs restrictions. All international orders include phytosanitary certificates (except restricted destinations). Notable success: our 12-day delivery to Sydney!
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent via confirmation email once your order ships. For time-sensitive plantings, we recommend ordering 4 weeks before your ideal sowing date to account for potential customs delays.
Returns & Guarantees
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened seed packets. Due to biosecurity regulations, opened packets cannot be returned, but we’ll work to make it right – perhaps with growing advice from our expert team!
What if my seeds don’t germinate?
While we rigorously test our seeds, germination depends on many factors. Contact us with details about your planting methods and we’ll gladly advise or replace non-viable seeds (with photographic evidence of planting setup).
Why was my international order held at customs?
Some countries have strict seed import laws. While we include all required documentation, we cannot control customs decisions. Before ordering, check your country’s regulations on seed imports. Restricted shipments will be refunded (minus shipping costs).
